Welfare Measures

  Welfare measures for teaching and non-teaching members are not only for the development of staff but also for the organization’s development. A healthy and good retention ratio is maintained in the faculty cadre by creating a good environment and providing welfare measures as detailed below.
  • Free Transport for all employees
  • Incentives, Promotions and increments are given
  • Women Faculty are provided with Maternity leave and post-maternity leaves.
  • Provident fund for all the employees who fall under the eligibility criteria as per Govt. norms
  • Financial assistance is provided to faculty to participate in training programmes, Seminars, workshops, conferences and publication of books.
  • Provision of Sabbatical leaves
  • All the non-doctoral staff members are encouraged to get enrolled for part-time Ph.D. program
  • Management funded training programs for teaching and non-teaching employees
  • Permission granted to faculty to serve as resource persons

  • Once a year, staff trip is arranged by the management for the teaching as well as non-teaching staff. The Management also takes care of all the financial expenses of this trip. This trip gives an opportunity for the staff to energize and rejuvenate their mind and body.
Staff is encouraged to give suggestions and regular feedback to improve the welfare measures in the Institute.
